ABOUT THE
LANGUAGE FOR LEADING
The Language For Leading was founded by Julian Sturton in 1993. It is the result of a decades-long effort to advance today’s professional coaching industry to address the negative effects of ego dominance on personal achievement. The Language For Leading incorporates Julian’s learnings across multiple disciplines including cognitive science, astrophysics, genomics, linguistics, psychology, constitutional history, and professional coaching. The Language For Leading has been employed by executives at the United Nations, Pfizer and the American Marketing Association, among many others. Its core structure, the Constitutional Leadership Model was developed with the input of professors from Harvard, Yale and MIT, including the late Pauline Maier, former Professor Emeritus of American History at MIT and John Archibald Wheeler, Professor Emeritus of Physics at Princeton.
